BESTOLIFE® COPR 99, offered by Scarlet International, is a lead-free, zinc-free copper-based thread compound designed for rotary-shouldered connections in oil and gas drilling. Formulated with copper, PTFE, graphite, and other non-metallic additives, it provides excellent protection against galling, seizing, and high bearing stress. Highly resistant to washout and stable in storage, it remains brushable down to 10°F (-12°C) and performs reliably across a wide temperature range.
