PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
250 Liqui-Lok Thread Locking Compound is a two part epoxy compound which can be taken as an alternative to welding of casing joints and threaded connections. 250Liqui-Lok is not vibrated nor pounded and expansion due to change in temperature does not affect it. It stands an extreme break out torque and has superb leak protection. 250 Liqui-Lok is to be mixed quite easily despite varying temperatures owing to the fact that it can comfortably withstand over an hour before the workable temperature is reached.

APPLICATION
- Use a lens cloth to wipe all thread dope, oil, grease and other surface contaminants from male threads and female threads.
- Liqui-Lok should only be used after threads have completely dried.
- Mix the contents of the can in suspension, add the whole bottle of the hardener and keep on mixing to get a fully mixed solution.
- When using float equipment, apply Liqui Lok to male threads. A putty knife or spatula would do the job.
- Joints should be tightened as quickly as possible.
